AIO is an AI-powered fashion design and product development platform headquartered in New York, founded in 2022 by Alex Comane. It combines generative AI, deep learning and computer vision to help global fashion brands, independent designers and clothing manufacturers move from first concept to production-ready collection. Using a proprietary deep learning model trained exclusively on fashion data, AIO generates realistic garments across womenswear, menswear, kidswear, streetwear and accessories, and enables virtual sampling that eliminates many physical sample costs and lead times.
Beyond AI design generation, AIO acts as a complete product development system organized around a single live product record. AIO Studio provides live tech packs, BOMs, measurements, construction details, stage tracking and real-time collaboration; AIO Agent lets users update products and request reports directly from email in plain language; AIO DPP automatically generates an EU Digital Product Passport from the bill of materials. This gives design, sourcing, finance and compliance teams one shared source of truth from sketch to production and beyond.
The platform also includes an AI fashion design marketplace and made-to-order clothing fulfillment, so community-voted designs can become real, wearable garments produced on demand.
