Deluge

AI-suggested

Deluge is a free and open-source BitTorrent client built on libtorrent, designed around a client-server architecture that separates the core transfer engine (running as a daemon) from the interface used to manage torrents. This lets a Deluge daemon run headless on a home server or seedbox while users connect to it remotely through a GTK desktop UI, a web UI, or a console UI. The client supports full protocol encryption, a plugin system for extending functionality, and runs on Linux, Windows, macOS, and BSD. Because the interface is decoupled from the transfer engine, Deluge is a popular choice for always-on seedboxes and NAS devices where torrents need to keep running independent of any single connected desktop.
