What is Flighty?

Flighty is a flight-tracking app that monitors a traveler's upcoming flights and pushes alerts for delays, gate changes, and cancellations, often faster than the airline itself. It analyzes the inbound aircraft assigned to a flight up to 25 hours in advance and factors in weather, air traffic control ground stops, and historical on-time performance to predict disruptions before they are officially announced. Flights can be imported automatically from email, a calendar, or TripIt, and the app keeps a lifetime travel history (called Passport) showing miles flown, airports visited, and time in the air. A limited free tier is available, with Flighty Pro unlocking unlimited flight tracking, full history, and the complete set of over 65 alert types.
