Prized
Prized is a cloud development service that gives developers a dedicated Linux box built to feel like localhost. With one command, prized setup connects the box to your laptop with two-way file sync, auto-mirrored ports, and SSH configuration, so you can keep using your own editor, terminal, and localhost-only tools. Sessions are persistent rather than ephemeral: they keep running when you close the lid and can be reattached from another laptop, a browser-based terminal, or your phone.
The service is positioned for AI-assisted development. Claude Code and Codex come preinstalled, Cursor can be installed on demand, and any other CLI agent works like it would on any Linux machine. Prized does not meter agent usage, and prized setup copies your sign-ins so agents run on the plans you already pay for. The box itself is not a sandbox that vanishes after a task: it boots once and retains its disk, tools, and dotfiles, with optional snapshots, resizes, and automatic idle pause.
Prized is aimed at developers and teams who want always-on remote environments without running their own infrastructure. Pricing is a published flat rate with plans from $10 to $1,000 a month, billed hourly against credit, and new workspaces start with $30 of free credit and no card required. The dashboard shows heartbeat, vitals, size, region, and snapshot/resize controls, while all other workflow stays in the shell.
