Quest for Glory III: Wages of War is the third installment in the classic hybrid adventure and role-playing series by Sierra On-Line. Set in the vibrant world of Tarna, the hero travels alongside the paladin Rakeesh to mediate a dangerous conflict between the human Simbani tribe and the Leopardmen. Combining traditional point-and-click puzzle solving with character development, combat, and an overworld travel map, players can choose from fighter, thief, mage, and paladin classes. Featuring 256-color graphics and an icon-based interface, the game allows players to import their saved heroes from previous adventures to continue their epic saga.

Portal is a first-person puzzle game developed by Valve. Players take on the role of Chell, a test subject who awakens in the Aperture Science computer-aided enrichment center. Guided by the sadistic artificial intelligence system GLaDOS, Chell must navigate through increasingly challenging test chambers using the 'portal gun,' a device that can create two portals that allow for instant transportation between them. As Chell progresses through the game, she uncovers the dark secrets behind Aperture Science and must use her wits to escape the crumbling facility.
